I don’t know if anyone else was asked this, but I was asked what I wanted to be called in my email, so I decided to see who else was asked this and what they responded. I am Xavier.

@xavier1397 Hi Xavier. Welcome to this experience! Can you add a bit of context? Do you mean OOA asked you this question in an email they sent to you? If so, was this an email sent to you to confirm that they received your questionnaire? To answer your question, I haven’t seen anyone report they were asked about their name, although many of us did receive various other follow up questions pertaining to our questionnaire.

It was sent in an OOA email, yes, but not in a questionnaire confirmation. It was in some other email I believe.

@xavier1397 It would be helpful if you could find that email and provide us with some context for their name question. For example, was the email personalized for you only or did it appear to be a mass mailing? Did they have any further comments or inquiries? Did you reply and if so did they respond back again? Have you submitted your questionnaire?
