Alright y’all.

(That is the first time in my life I’ve said “y’all.” I lived in Texas for 11 years and resisted it, and I got to Minnesota and was informed that it’s not ok to say “you guys,” so I’m trying to form a new habit.)

@gatekeeper4 in her last post:

If you wanna learn something, stop asking to be noticed, and do something NOTICEABLE.
Wind, wind, wind the clock.

So, I’m asking you – what’s noticeable? What has Tension specifically NOTICED from us and recognized us for in the past? We need more of that, and less “I know who’s secret identity is whatever.”

And tell me how I can help, from all the way over here. Tell me what we can do/make together when I’m there, in LA, in June.

Personally, I believe the biggest way to ‘do something noticeable’ is to spread the message in whatever form you can. Word of mouth, a post to your friends on a social media platform, something to showcase that you are actively trying to bring in new members. I’m also thinking of helping those members in whatever way one can once they get started.

But…I think we’ve all been doing that, and this message implies that it’s not enough. I want specifics. What more can we do?
