Welp, I got to wake up early AF tomorrow for my drive to LA. I should be sleeping right now but then Tension just woke me up more effectively than a cup of coffee ever would!

Every time I hear that Periscope alert sound, I tense up. Even if it’s on another phone.

Same for those and the VIP alerts on my email. I just figured those out and still haven’t learned the difference between the alerts. Also, I normally keep my phone on silent… so literally every phone ping gets me jumping. haha.

I think its important to point out we may not be the people we once were… many of us dealt with our issues. (or are at least trying to make amends) Dredging them up again serves against engaging this wonderful community.
