Strange Videos

SO about a week ago, I was poking and prodding around the forums and reading up on threads while I had YouTube open. I took a gamble and punched in “ooa institute” in the search bar. These two videos came up, which were released on May 7th and 8th respectively:

Knowing how smart you all are, I’m guessing someone’s already cracked these. But in case nobody’s seen them, I’d like to show them here. Can we figure out what’s going on with these?

From what I understand, these are done by a fan, not by the OOA themselves

Oh, ok! That’s nice to know-I kinda figured that the OOA had thrown those up. Nonetheless, I’m not much of a puzzler so idk where to start with cracking those.

Hi Mustafa, I second what @mike already said, those videos are not OOA related so if you want to have for funsies deciphering have fun but don’t lose sleep over it.
