I’ve tried to type websites into the url box after the forward slash after light-is-near/ (because of the first news letter thetensionexperiment.com/13.. .thing. I had noticed a few numbers appeared after I entered the 13… , so I applied that thinking to this puzzle.
tried to apply hex and ROT totally perplexed. I am certain that I am over complicating it. I’ve tried typing things in the email box as well but I was sure after a few tries, that was not the way. tried the search bar with website variations as well. any hints would be most welcome at this point. hahaha

Not ftp commands. rather the “command” url that needs to be deduced by photo.
D=/ x2 , so obviously the following D=52 , D=87 , D=104 & D=194 represent the code. I see /52/87/104/194 or /5287104194 and have tried these after the / on the eye page url, I’ve tried fresh page and entering as website. Arg! I’m so close I can almost taste it!
You have the knowledge you need, you’re so damn close. You just aren’t applying it quite right. You’re assuming that this is going to be a subdirectory on the Tension domain. It’s not.
I’ve tried in fresh tabs as well. STILL JUST OUT OF MY GRASP. intriguingly, while trying subdirectories, I was re-directed to another page. It was a gun sales and training page. Perhaps tied to training manual? it was when first trying to solve puzzle. I will attempt to re-create the redirect, or search my history and post the gun site in relevant forum.
