Yeah I’m fine, thanks. Just kicking myself. I don’t think anything would have gone differently, but I made an abrupt change to my way of thinking soon after getting inside and wasn’t able to articulate much of anything when probed. I feel like I made choices I wasn’t supposed to have made. I guess ultimately, I let myself down.

Oh the anticipation! For those who have gone through, would you recommend taking the next day off work, you know, for recovery purposes? 😅

Personally, I’d say you can work the day afterwards. You’ll need a shower, and maybe a beer to decompress, but you should be fine the day after.
You’ll probably be distracted, but fine.
