New Puzzle in the 04-20-16 Letter from Gatekeeper5?

Inside the letter Gatekeeper5 posted to the forum just about an hour ago (titled: elevation), you’ll find a series of oddly placed numbers. They are contained inside words. Here are all occasions where numbers exist:

Gatekeeper 5

My first instinct was seven digits, similar to a phone number. I called the number using 818 and 424. Both are disconnected/out of service.

There could be a relevance to the placement/position of each number within it’s word, but I haven’t explored that yet.

Another idea is that these numbers could be combined with other straggler numbers we’ve encountered, such as with the ISBN code or the Numbers video.
