My experience seemed a bit on the generic side. I felt that my interviewers were following a script that did not necessarily apply to me.
For example, I was asked, “Why are you here?” After a moment’s hesitation, I answered 100% truthfully: “I seek out experiences that make me reframe the way I see my life.” The interviewer angrily doubted my answer and asked me again, but…that was the truth! No disrespect intended, but it made me doubt the interviewer’s ability to detect the truth when he seemingly could not accept my genuine answer.
I also experienced several confusing incidents.
1) I was told, with my hood on, “Speak up. You are in a crowded auditorium.” Yet a minute later, I was instructed to remove my hood…and I was very clearly NOT in a crowded auditorium. Subsequent pictures on my phone confirmed this. What was the point of this fleeting lie?
2) I looked only at the mirror, nowhere else. But in the mirror’s reflection, a man in red shorts kept wandering into the background. Was I supposed to see him? What was he doing there? It was highly distracting.
If the OOA tells me that there was a secret meaning behind these experiences, very well. But I found them confusing and they distracted me from the questions I was answering.
My mindset as I left was…pensive. As much as I enjoyed the questions themselves and thinking about the answers (what can I say, I love personality tests, questionnaires, the whole shebang), I strangely left feeling somewhat UNSEEN.

Tension peeps who have had a consultation – how long did it take? Trying to figure out how much later I should push my Saturday evening plans.

I agree that it would be helpful to have more defined “doctrine”.
1a. The latest videos have emphasized surveillance, portraying it as frightening and behavior-modifying.
1b. The OOA has encouraged and enacted surveillance, from the camera on the “Losing One Emboldens Another” page to the injunctions to watch one another closely to the statement “WE SEE ALL”. (I also received a phone call in which I was told, “You should modify your behavior. We are watching you.”)2a. We have been told to walk in the Light.
2b. We have been told to surrender to our paranoia, fear, and anger, and that this is good. Typically these feelings are associated with darkness, not light.3a. We have been told to report detractors, and some of us have even been pointed toward specific Apostles of the Beginning, and yet
3b. The OOA has confirmed that the detractors we were set against were not detractors at all.Perhaps cognitive dissonance is the “Tension” we are supposed to embrace?
I also wonder if we, the aspirants, are to some degree supposed to discuss doctrine and shape it ourselves, conforming to hints from Light2Dark and others. Megan’s recent communications from Light2Dark (“[the clock] most certainly is being wound [I’d venture to say from both ends now]”) and
*SPOILERS*
the statement “reality is malleable”
*END SPOILERS*
seem to suggest that we are responsible, in some part, in shaping this experience. It may follow that we are responsible for shaping – or at least bringing to light and enhancing – OOA doctrine.
I’m happy to be corrected by Gatekeeper 4, Light2Dark, or any others if this is not so.

Hmmm. So it seems like here’s what we’re looking for:
Detractors/Betrayers of Truth
– Brothers of Seraph/Sentinel
– Misguided/mistaken/misled acolytes who think something is OOA-related when it is not <–will be called out by the Gatekeepers
– Lying attention seekers <–may not be called out by the GatekeepersOOA Institute affiliations
– Actual leaders (gatekeepers, L2D, etc.) within the institute
– Chosen acolytes, “civilians” who are given messages to relay or events to describe by the OOA (forbidden by the OOA to answer certain questions)Does that seem pretty accurate? Sean, do you have a list of the exact statements the OOA has made regarding how we are to wind the clock? Do they all specifically refer to detractors and BoT? Do some of them simply advise us to find people who are not what they claim to be? Perhaps if we read all such statements, we can draw a conclusion as to which category is to be ferreted out. It seems strange to me that the OOA would forbid their chosen followers from sharing certain information, then pit us against those chosen ones to extract the forbidden information. If winding the clock = extracting explicitly forbidden information, then the chosen acolytes who have been told to keep the information hidden are actively preventing us from winding the clock. Would the OOA really have them do that?
(Maybe they would, what do I know. Just trying to track the OOA’s logic in specifically telling ER and KenT *NOT* to tell us something.)

I’m with Rusty – we shouldn’t tear each other apart internally with nothing but speculation to go on. Wild finger-pointing will only distract from the true detractors.
Here’s my question. What are we accusing EscapedRoom of being? An actor? A puppet? If EscapedRoom were lying, surely s/he would be called out by the Gatekeepers. So it seems safe to assume that EscapedRoom’s cryptic non-answers are in accordance with the will of the OOA.
The more pertinent question is why the OOA would allow EscapedRoom to dangle in this fashion, without exonerating him or her in our eyes. Does it amuse them to see ER attacked, and not allow ER to defend him/herself? Or is this a test of our faith? Are we being given a glorious opportunity to believe without proof? You know what that other religion says…”blessed are those who have not seen and yet believed”. EscapedRoom might be playing the role of prophet, and we might be making a mistake in hounding him/her for evidence.

@amieexists – In the email image, there is a hand holding my phone. I would guess they went through my gallery, zoomed in on the photo (the original picture is zoomed out more), and then took a photo of my phone with theirs.

For anyone wondering – I took the picture of Mike on the street corner. It was while I was waiting in front of the jewelry store and I was scouting for clues. We now have evidence that the OOA looked through our photos during the event. I am honored that they chose to use my photo.

@mkarrett Given that the OOA has encouraged feelings of anxiety and, well, tension, I can’t imagine anyone finding your reaction unacceptable. I’ll be interested to see if you encounter an OOA “good cop” now…or if you will be targeted by Sentinel recruiters after sharing this. You might end up on the most interesting path of us all.
