I have only been to Tension once but a lot of people reference the “red room”. It seems like this is the most important room. I am going a second time in a week – Any way to make sure I get to see (experience) the red room

I think you are on to something @shinobi. Not sure if its Samson or another character that is running the show but I am fairly sure that the whole institute is run by one “evil” person with everyone else being apparatchik’s in the criminal enterprise. I think the institute has some kind of secret or dirt on Addison @masterlock that compels her to obey and recruit initiates. She was so vulnerable, lacking in self confidence and hoping to please so much that she was easily recruited in the OOA herself. She probably realizes she’s being manipulated but cannot figure a way out. Extinguishing the evil one violently may be her only way out. She may even have to sacrifice herself for the many.

Kind of strange that a third trip is a disappointment.

I signed up for a second trip based on the comments of one of the girls in my group who came for a second time. She said the second time was even better than the first.

Thanks – Interesting, my experience with Simon was similar to yours. He was more like a fatherly figure who questioned my choices in life. He did use some profanity but it was consistent with his narrative. In a strange way, he sometimes felt at a loss of words with me. Almost like he had to try of think something to say. Very different than most everyone else experiences in this forum.

I had a great time on my trip and I am planning to return. That said, I know where you are coming from as I occasionally was hoping that they would turn the heat up a bit on the whole experience. I guess different people have different fear and stress tolerances so it must be difficult for the producers.

I am not sure if you can enhance your own experience by interacting with the actors a bit more. Perhaps taunt them a little to egg them on. I am really not sure of what the boundaries are. I really wouldn’t want to break the script but I do want to intensify the experience.

BTW – One of the girls in our group did not wear underwear and they still made her strip. I know she must have been uncomfortable because after the show she wanted to keep the Hazmat suit on. To enhance your experience you might want to forget to wear you underwear on your next visit
