It’s oddly… refreshing to have another Gatekeeper come and speak to us in a normal tone, neither manic nor juvenile. Congratulations to @reaton, but I must admit that I find another part of the post most interesting:

“ONE is coming, and we must be prepared.”

There’s confirmation that this is all counting down to something, or someone. Further, it more and more discredits @gatekeeper3‘s claim that he is the last, and lends credence to the idea that 2 now represents the traditional OOA teachings where III represents a rebellious schism. Excellent clarification during a time when many people are choosing sides.

@blondiecamps – Long have I championed the cause of bringing any truth to the light unless there is a pressing reason not to. I will tell you that the contents of 7’s gift will be revealed within a relatively short period of time. I have no intention of keeping that secret permanently. However, it is tactically correct for us not to share that information YET.

My argument against 2 was that I was willing to wait for information for a reasonable amount of time because I knew that some information should be temporarily kept hidden, and the OOA was being unreasonable with hiding information. My argument against those choosing sides was not based around secrecy but rather around cowardice.

I sincerely hope that you do not believe I ever advocated complete and immediate transparency in especially sensitive matters as soon as information is given or received. I had previously thought higher of you than that.

@blondiecamps – Few were as dedicated to the OOA as I was in the early days. I can speak with a measure of experience that this side provides me many more answers than the other did. I know what Kim’s referring to, she is not keeping that from us.

Well Regent7, despite all that’s happened, seems to still maintain some loyalty to Anoch’s teachings, which seem to prevent certain groups of people from taking direct action. This seems to be in line with what we’ve seen

So it’s less that 7 will be blowing it wide open and more that he’ll be giving @atticus360 the tools to blow it open.

I believe your path to be the wrong one, but I can still be appreciative that you are more responsive than your predecessors. As someone wiser than me recently said, I sincerely hope that each of us gets what we deserve out of this.

@gatekeeper2 – god I want to believe you. I wanted to believe your predecessor so badly I was willing to sell my soul in her honor. I deified her more than I ever should have, so I tell you this as someone who sincerely appreciates you showing me that you, all of you, are no more than flesh and blood and lies and hallow promises.

It’s not enough any more to be told to fear what’s coming next without being told anything else about what your flock has already seen. We were told to fear you, that you were Her very best, that we needed to prepare for your coming and within the first few messages we are already told to fear and prepare the coming of the next, for this Final Counted? You give us no lesson beyond to fear the next stage, but that’s a lesson we grew bored of long ago.

You tell me that the rest will come? That it always does? I tell you that it hasn’t yet.

Well, shit. If everyone’s going public, then who am I to stay quiet?

There was only one “authority figure” that I loved and respected. One who raised me to Sentry, and one who I would actually follow. And I got to watch the newest Gatekeeper slit her throat. I was with 4. But now that she’s dead, maybe it’s time for something new.

The BoS has a point. Too many have lost their way, swallowed up by an organization that doesn’t care to teach them a damn thing. I still believe in seeking the light for both myself and others, but where once I thought that it was our role to teach others the Light of the Oracles, I am starting to believe that it’s time we show the Light of Freedom to those trapped: Addison and the others that the OOA is holding on to

I don’t like III, but maybe he’s got a point, too. She hated it, but with 4’s death I suppose I’m free to pull from popular culture when I say that it may be time to tear down everything they’ve built, so that from the ashes of their world we can build a better one.

I spoke with Aleister often, my feeling from him was that he did not want to be there. He often had to hide messages, especially from III. I cannot recall if he explicitly said he was being kept against his will, but he certainly implied it

That’s a good point, but I suspect that after his earlier declaration for the BoS (that got him kicked out of the Experience), he still feels allegiance to them but is wary of declaring for them again. Supporting III, who is allied with the BoS is a safe way of supporting the BoS that doesn’t risk him getting the boot again.

Kim has been kind enough to compile a list of what she knows, if you have information that could better that list or help others see the truth I doubt very much that anyone would mind hearing your opinions or thoughts, even if they are wrong.
