I’d argue that an important note is that Ascension plays a role. It may be possible that Ascended, Gatekeepers, Initiated, and Oracles are all separate ranks, or it may be possible that Ascension is what differentiates all OOA members from the uninitiated and that Gatekeepers, Initiated and Oracles have all Ascended.

@dthezombie – His cover picture is just a distortion of one of the videos Tension posted on their Facebook, but his profile picture is harder to analyze. The rings on the outer portion of the picture continue in the inner portion, and I haven’t noticed anything off about the outer portion.

The inner portion seems more important, coupled with the idea of the rings focusing in on it, as though we were meant to focus on it, but it’s too small to pull anything significant from. I previously theorized that it’s a “hint”, maybe a section pulled from a picture that we’ve already seen, a hint that we are supposed to focus on that picture, but I haven’t found it yet

@kasch – May I ask what it is that you did that angered them? So we don’t make the same mistakes?

I only received one email, personally. The first half was very much like your first email, and the second half was asking for clarification on an answer I gave. Most people I’ve talked to got similar emails. I haven’t spoken with anyone else who got two emails, and definitely haven’t heard about anyone else being asked to “tell a story”.

When were these two emails sent?

I suppose I should amend my previous post. I don’t want to know about the consultation itself, I was just hoping to find if there was anything unique about that specific picture. Was it taken at a specific time during the process, was attention drawn to it, did a person prompt it or send it to you later, did you even know the picture itself was being taken?

I agree with @endlesspictures in that the less we know about the consultation itself before walking in the doors, the better. However, I was interested in the picture itself as a possible clue or potential piece of a puzzle rather than the consultation experience, especially with recent pages hinting that we should focus on the pictures.

@dthezombie – First round were LA only, but we’ve yet to receive any information on outside of that so there’s always hope.

@nking I’m not passively waiting, I believe we should continue searching through what we have, especially what we just found. I doubt we know all there is to know about that piece of information.

True. But even assuming pure entertainment, I wouldn’t put it past the OOA to put a gun in our hands and tell us to fire downrange at someone. I doubt most of us would be able to tell the difference between a real bullet and a blank

I’m extremely interested, but I’m in San Diego and a bit far away. I’ll be driving up for OOA events (and hopefully you guys will be up for meeting for coffee or a beer then) but a 5 hour round trip for a meet and greet is a little rough for me.
