In all seriousness though @mike is hands down one of the most knowledgeable person I go to when I have missed something because I was in court or something. He has taken his job so seriously and has asked for nothing in return. Remember when Mike didn’t even use the lectern so he could be at our same level? Mike doesn’t care about being higher than high, he just cares about the chaotic, beautiful and sometimes terrifying house we’ve created.

I can understand the frustration @jeromy but I can only speak on my behalf and I say this kindly:

In my particular defense tossing out the “Ellis turned his/her head because of Rizzo” is not exactly helpful information. If anything, that alone (I have idea what others know) would just stir the pot and kinda gossipy. Again though, I can understand your perspective.

So, up until now I felt that OOA has been fairly receptive to constructive criticism here on the forum. Remember when Mike Fontaine spoke up with constructive criticism and @masterlock (Overseer) also praised Mike for speaking up? That’s the “vibe” I have been getting from the OOA. Until III showed up.

I like the analogy of birds & mountains. I’ll speculate that Ellis is one step below Anoch, which on the org chart would put him/her at Gatekeeper level. Yet, all Gatekeepers have their own distinct personalities. So, unless Ellis is the one and only Gatekeeper and is just “morphing” over time….? O_o
