Hey, so we’ve already moved on from this. And have moved on for a while. So digging it up isn’t doing anything but making yourself look bad.

You want to be a part of this, obviously. But instead of digging up old shit from four months ago, please contribute new shit. We’ve had many new users that had come in around the time you joined, maybe a little before, that fit in here without issue, because they contributed towards moving us forward rather than focusing on conflicts long past.

I’m not and I don’t think anyone is telling you to stick your nose elsewhere, but when you come into an established community with established rules, please respect what we have built.

We don’t need fixing and nobody’s walking on eggshells. We have a shared understanding of what we’re looking to get out of this. You may be looking for something else, but I really don’t see what you’re looking for rezzing old threads that have no bearing on where we’re at now.

All good. It’s just very frustrating to see friends’ stuff getting posted without permission and four month old threads getting rezzed. Makes it difficult to keep things straight. Didn’t mean to start shit, just please keep the state of the activity feed in mind, as many things have been getting buried quickly as of late!! We’re all here for answers, and all here to discover them as a community.

Sure, but you def needed to think about it before posting the first time. This is a forum for discussion yes, but posting discussions held elsewhere word for word isn’t cool.

The forum is also in-game. Like, always in-game. There was a near month-long discussion about how to even approach discussion of Ascension here before anyone talked about it, because apart from spoilers, those thoughts are pretty OOG.

A great way to keep thoughts in order without blowing up the forum may be a blog? I have a notebook with my ideas, but you seem to want your stuff public. Blogs are good for that for sure.

You have thoughts about a lot of stuff obviously but a blog may be more conducive to keeping things lined up vs taking over the activity feed?

Piggybacking off of this.. back in June or whenever the “Addison Born Experience” subforum popped up, I had a 45 minute phone convo with “the creators” from “the institute.”

At the time it was OOG. Now, I’m not so sure.

They promised me tears: That they’ve managed.
They promised it would get darker than anyone could imagine. At one point, they told me “even we answer to someone,” and that everything that happened would make sense eventually, that nobody’s figured out what the end game is, that nobody’s even come close.

We’ve definitely hit the point where it’s making sense and I am terrified.
