First off welcome back! Ascension-wise its ok not to know anything but reading the official timeline is a good idea. Order doesnt matter either unless youd like to see your friends face after she goes through 😂
And part of that feels that way, definitely. I’m making this point at all because I care about Tension a great deal… but also for that reason I need to question things before I go blindly back.
Thats what Im saying though… it is clearly a BoS narrative now. For BoS going to Ascension means “why am I included?” but for someone like me its “why I was betrayed?”
@dimstyle like everyone said its more of an “easter egg” sorta feeling, although many Indoctrination players did get some special experiences. As for Addison I was lucky enough to speak with her, and it raised more questions than answers as always 😃
It seems to be the other way around, with ODSM controlling and intercepting the OoA behind the scenes (mostly). It could be argued the ODSM is attempting to “hoard the light” spoken of in the book.
@sweeneyskip ODSM is the business end of the OoA, when they have appeared they have often attempted to cover up the true intentions of the OoA. Certainly suspect at best, although no party is free of that 😉
