“Little ol8 me” <– I am assuming that Four is not also Les Huit, because that would be too much. III being Two and One is enough numeric juggling. But what DOES the 8 mean in this context?

As for the impending schism, I expect most of us to rush to Four’s side. She does seem less murdery. But I’m not sure I’m comfortable with what’s happening to Addison. Four seems to be mocking III for being undercooked, but why did she leave at all, precipitating III’s rise to power? She said it herself, “III now takes the stage…even I think he is strange.” So why leave things in his care?

And what happened that necessitated Four’s presumptive merging with/possession of Addison? (I’m assuming this is what’s happening until informed otherwise.)

Something I just noticed. On the newsletter draft that Andrew and Buz found, there was a handwritten note: “This must be given to controler[sic]! Left hand must know what right hand is doing!”

I don’t see “Controler” on this organizational chart.

It could also be a warning. Addison felt safe turning to Joe without fearing that he’d turn her in. Maybe whoever called was looking out for him.

“For Megan, from III” <— I think this indicates that III wanted us to have the UN-blacked-out portion of the article. So I’d imagine that the un-blacked portion is considered legitimate? The rest III probably considers a smear campaign, but he must feel that at least some of it is accurate, if he’s delivering it to us via Megan.
