I knew that there would be conflict. I knew the sides. I had an idea of the stakes.

We may need to consider that this message wasn’t for us. I doubt very much that there is one among us who would doubt @mike or @reaton. However, this may be a way of signalling Bousman and Sears to proceed, or some sort of warning or message to them.
We are at the end of Ascension. This will soon be “falling apart”. They need to start planning their escape route. Perhaps this message was a signal to them that they were on script then and need to remain as much. Perhaps this message is a warning that they can control others trust in them.
Regardless, I don’t believe this was a message meant for us.

That’s correct. III is dead (unless you believe the not-really-dead / Force Ghost theory from The One event) and AG is presumed dead or on the run.
They are not, however, the same people

This very much still applies. In these days, there was a heavy implication that if someone sided with the BoS, OOA, etc, if they attended an event or received information that they needed to hide it so that the other side couldn’t get it. People believed that, since the forums were ostensibly set up by the OOA, that people needed to hold back and censor themselves so that the OOA couldn’t get further information.
This is categorically untrue. The purpose of the forums is to foster a community for all Tension members, regardless of faction status or allegiance. This is a tactically safe space, and things that happen to you, observations and interactions you have, and theories you hold should not be held back from the forums solely because of which side you are on.
I’m not sure I did a great job at explaining this, did that make sense?

Briefly, during III’s infancy, it was stated that he read the forums but had trouble with even the most simplest of puzzles. So, for a time, we all used substitution ciphers

By any large, it seems that jumpsuits are only worn by people going through on their second run-through either very briefly or not at all.
Jumpsuits seem to be mostly for the first timers

I knew that there were links to Anonymous in your protests, are you now claiming yourself to be representatives of the group? I ask because this would not be the first time that someone put on a Guy Fawkes mask and posted here claiming more power and influence than they really have.
I am also curious as to which cults you are referring to having dismantled? Your video, for example, references the Anonymous attacks on Scientology which is an organization that still exists

At this time, we had started getting rumblings that things were not as they had seemed due to a BoS/Mr. + Mrs. Barrows event that had happened just before for a few people and a few other things. At this time we had only recently started hearing about The Helmet and its effects, and I believe it was the first time that most of us saw Addison in person.
It was definitely the first implication that Mr. Barrow may not be Addison’s father, but as we had a broad idea of what The Helmet did, we suspected that loss of memory was a side effect of that process.
To directly answer your questions, for the most part this wasn’t the first time that we had heard about most of these issues but it was very near to it.

I hope that they do. Gathering data points on what is and is not affected by which courses of action could only further their causes.
Judging based off the fact that there are a number of agents openly acting against the OOA/OSDM with impunity, it may be safe to assume that hostile action is not being taken against those who share their experiences here.

I’m curious about your experience. Have you seen other peoples’ write ups? Was the experience different for infiltrators? Were you successful in your task to contribute towards the undermining of the OOA/OSDM?
I’m particularly curious how They would treat an openly hostile force within their walls

The inclusion of the Sabrina persona to the growing list that Our Lady In Red already exhibits actually opens up a whole new set of questions. “This is not what we think it is”, we have been told that for 9 months now. What if the explanation is bigger picture than OOA or Anoch? The idea that The Powers That Be, whoever they are, control not only the characters that we’ve seen but also the actors that play them may suggest something more sinister than we’ve been led to believe.
Consider for a moment that there is no OOA. No Anoch. No Oracles. No OSDM. All of this has been… something. An experiment, perhaps? Something to gauge our reactions, as a sort of test. They put together an event that is dressed up as a cult for our amusement so we go through again and again but the sacrifice, the stripping away of the senses, all of that is either bullshit or meant solely to gauge our reactions. Perhaps the important part to The Powers That Be is our reactions to the White Room questions which seem random. Or our responses to confusing stimuli. Or obedience, or rebelliousness or any number of other things.
This would explain why Sentinel or attendants die every week in front of different people. Not because the character Sentinel dies but because The Powers That Be want to see multiple peoples’ reactions to these deaths and know that we’ll explain away the repetition with the guise of fiction.
If Tension itself isn’t a story about a cult but rather an experiment on us, we as individuals may be more analyzed, exposed, and vulnerable than any of us thought.

Impressive. I have a couple corrections:
3. Detractor comments weren’t made until later
10. GK5 stepping down was a proud moment for him. He stepped down into the Overseer role, and applauded our paranoia and mistrust rather than condemn it.
12. BoS hack happens long after Consultations end
13. Consultations happen extremely quickly. First emails went out mid February, Consultations were done by around March 1. For reference, Mike wasn’t made Scribe until months later.
22. At this point, the man who was GK5 is still Overseer. Addison does not become Overseer until first day of Ascension in September
26. Many of us had been in contact with AG since the beginning, although his links to BoS only start arising around here
38. I think it’s important to note that before this, there was implications that III had been hunting and killing OSDM members. -
