This puts me in an awkward place because I was supposed to be buying my ticket today for my third trip back. Now, I’m second guessing it and leaving the person I was attending with hanging. Who, by the way, already bought another ticket.

It is unique. I’ve been involved since April. However, my daughter wasn’t. She enjoyed Ascension a lot. And, it was a unique experience for her. She would tell you it is nothing like a regular haunt and is very immersive. No one could explain it to you without giving you spoilers. But, maybe I’m wrong, it seems like you’re going in expecting to not enjoy it. If you go in like that, you most likely won’t. If you’re going in expecting it to be a haunt chances are you’ll be disappointed

He said others would step up. My words are never as eloquent as his but I believe in @mike. I’ve always, ALWAYS, felt he has been a strong voice of reason among us. He’s a leader within our ranks, yet we go quiet when he, @mumumusings, and @atticus360 are silenced? As a community we should want answers for why they’ve been silenced.

I’m not placing any blame upon anyone’s shoulders. But, why when they’ve expressed opinions and concerns that may not be favourable to someone within the OOA/OSDM they are silenced? This should be a huge red flag to us. Again, I’m not placing blame anywhere because I don’t know who has banned them, my guess is @samson. But, why? Censorship should not be tolerated.

Please @masterlock help us… Reinstate them.

We’re focused on the periscope but two people in our community may have been banned from the boards today. @mumumusings (who then created @round2bitches after being banned) and @atticus360

Just an observation.

Has anyone noticed that both @atticus306 and @mumumusings posts status updates are now gone? I’m on my phone so it’s hard to navigate the site from it. But, in the activity feed both of their last posts (for Max it’s his last two I believe) are now gone.

My only run in with him, besides him walking through a room during my first visit, was when he entered the room where I was to finish Jake’s processing. I don’t recall him being very aggressive towards either one of us. I was forced to stand and face the wall with the handler while he spoke to Jake. Then, I was removed from the room. The handler was clearly afraid of him and made sure that I followed her lead.

I believe we all go in with our own _path. You will know yours if you are able to return. I will find myself inside those walls yet again and know what answers I seek when I return.

Max, let me be clear, I do not believe that this is now a BoS narrative. Sometimes, often, things I say here seem to fall upon deaf ears. I will say it again, I believe that there is a storm coming. It may take all of us to unite to fight it. I don’t know what that is though. I can’t pin point it. Maybe is has to do with the OSDM, maybe Anoch, maybe BoS infiltrating the OOA. I honestly do not know. I have no answers for you there, I’m sorry.

I do know this though. The Overseer will spend time with you, Max. You will have an opportunity to express your concerns and your feeling of betrayal. She will welcome you in and sit with you to talk as she has done with all of us.

I believe in her though I do not understand her some of her choices. Express to her your concerns, your fears for her and maybe the OOA. If it is coming from a place of genuine sincerity and the desire to seek understanding, I do not believe she will refuse you.

Truthfully, I did not care for “Addison” and I absolutely love your description of her journey, in your words, her metamorphosis. That is perfect. I could never have followed the girl previously known as Addison. When I returned to the OOA, my time with her in the mirror room is when I expressed to her my feelings about the old Addison. I was honest with her about who I thought that previous version of herself was and why I couldn’t follow her. But, I gave myself to the Overseer because I believe in her and the wisdom she shared with me. I do not believe that it’s smooth sailing from this point forward. I believe there’s a dark storm ahead that we will have to weather. Perhaps she is aware this is coming and that is why she has brought The Brothers of Seraph into her arms. Perhaps she is building an army. I don’t know maybe that’s a stretch.

I apologize. It seems my message didn’t come across the way I had intended. I suppose that’s what I get for typing quickly while in line at Target.

There were no assumptions made. I was replying to what you said. I’m apologize if I offended you. That was quite the opposite of my intention. I was trying to point out that it is immersive and it isn’t a haunt. I honestly have no idea what your motives are so I’m confused as to what you mean by that. I was hoping to point out that it is an incredible experience like few others have done as well.

@blacklotustriad That’s an amazing album by Poe. I was fortunate enough to see her open for Depeche Mode several times during the Exciter Tour (I’m pretty sure it was exciter). Even got to sing a few lines of Haunted with her. I have the book but have yet to read it.
